We use all beef and pork with absolutely no soy, whey, or poultry which truly sets us apart from the competition. Our original blend of spices are added to Grandpa Byron’s unique sausage recipe before smoking them over real hardwoods. Then, we pickle and pack them in a brine of salt, vinegar, and a dash of chili pepper for the firmest, best tasting pickled sausage on the market.
