As a family owned and operated company, our products today are the result of 100 years of continuous improvements made by five generations and their employees.
We use fresh, Grade A eggs that are hard boiled until the yolk is perfectly cooked and are gently peeled to avoid cracking. Then, we pickle and pack them in a brine of salt, vinegar, and chili pepper for a mouthwatering burn.
We use all beef and pork with absolutely no soy, whey, or poultry which truly sets us apart from the competition. Our original blend of spices are added to Grandpa Byron’s unique sausage recipe before smoking them over real hardwoods. Then, we pickle and pack them in a brine of salt, vinegar, and a kick of chili pepper that gives a mouthwatering burn for the firmest, best tasting pickled sausage on the market.
